Nathan Pastrana is one of the two victims who got killed in a shooting that killed two people and left two others wounded at a Nebraska fast-food restaurant. Officers responding to a report of a possible bomb inside a moving truck in the parking lot arrived to find the vehicle on fire.
Roberto Carlos Silva is identified as the suspect nabbed in connection to the shooting.

Nebraska Restaurant Shooting News
Authorities arrested a 23-year-old man from Omaha in an attack at a Nebraska fast food restaurant in which two employees were shot and killed, two were wounded.
Saturday night, Roberto Carlos Silva was arrested in connection with the shooting of four people at the same Sonic, at 1307 Cornhusker Road. Two people, including Nathan Pastrana, were declared dead at the scene and two others were taken to the hospital. In addition, a U-Haul in the Sonic parking lot had been set on fire.

Initially, Bellevue police officers responded to a 911 call at 9:23 pm to reports of a possible bomb inside a U-Haul truck in the parking lot of the restaurant before the call was updated to a possible shooting.
A minute later, the call was updated to a possible shooting, Lt. Andy Jashinske said in a news release.
Officers who arrived found the moving truck burning. Police have yet to address the cause of the fire. They also found four people lying with gunshot wounds. Kenneth Gerner and Zoey Lujan were rushed to the University of Nebraska Medical Center, while Nathan Pastrana and Ryan Helbert were determined to have died on the scene.
What are the conditions of victims?
The identities of the victims were being withheld until their families were notified.
However, later, police identified those killed as Nathan Pastrana and Ryan Helbert. The two employees who were taken to the hospital are Zoey Reece Atalig Lujan and Kenneth Gerner.
A fifth Sonic employee suffered a minor injury but declined treatment at a hospital.
What the footage shows
Video tweeted by Omaha TV station KETV showed crews battling the truck fire late Saturday. The Omaha Police Department’s bomb squad was at the scene early Sunday to check on a “device,” as a precaution to make sure the area was safe, Jashinske said.
They determined there was no bomb.

What we know so far
Silva was booked into Sarpy County jail early Sunday on suspicion of first-degree murder and first-degree arson in Saturday night’s attack at a Sonic Drive-in restaurant in Bellevue, the Omaha World-Herald reported.
Silva was being held without bond Sunday before making his initial court appearance.
