Kassandra Cantrell was a pregnant Parkland woman who had been reported missing by family members two days after leaving the family’s home on August 25. The body pregnant ex-girlfriend was discovered deceased at the bottom of a cliff in a nearby city, according to authorities.
Cantrall had been missing for nearly a month, Q13 FOX of Seattle reported.

The investigation had focused on the boyfriend almost immediately. The woman had been reported missing by family members two days after leaving the family’s home on August 25. They had become concerned when Cantrell missed a scheduled ultrasound appointment regarding her pregnancy, the newspaper reported.
Cantrell went missing on the morning of August 25 after she left her family’s house in Parkland.
Kassandra Cantrell Found Dead in Tacoma
Cantrall, of Parkland, was found deceased 100 yards down the cliff in University Place, a small city about 6 miles west of downtown Tacoma.
The former boyfriend of Cantrall, Colin Patrick Dudley, was reportedly arrested Tuesday, hours after the body of his pregnant ex-girlfriend was found at the bottom of a cliff in a nearby city.
The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Tuesday the arrest of Dudley, 37.
Kassandra Cantrell’s Death Under Investigation
Investigators said Dudley was taken into custody at his home in Tacoma without incident in which the SWAT unit was also deployed to the residence, the News Tribune reported.
A spokesman for the sheriff’s office said the man was booked into the Pierce County Jail on suspicion of murder. It was not immediately clear if the bond had been set in the case.
Previously, investigators had obtained a security-camera video showing the boyfriend arriving at a Tacoma parking garage in Cantrell’s Mazda 3 sedan and leaving in a truck, the News Tribune reported.
On Tuesday, crews used ropes to recover the body from below the cliff, according to the newspaper.
Cantrell’s cell phone was also discovered from waters off Owen Beach.
