What You Don’t Know About Racist Amazon Manager: Brad Boynton

Racist Amazon program manager Brad Boynton has been fired after being caught screaming abuse at a fellow Amazon delivery driver dropping off a package at his home. Named Nikolas Mayrant,  the delivery man claims he was racially abused when delivering a package to a fellow Amazon worker in Cornelius, North Carolina.

According to reports, he was screamed at by Boynton on the front lawn.

Video footage of the incident, captured by a Ring Doorbell, shows Boynton yelling at Mayrant while apparently speaking on the phone with another Amazon manager to complain about the delivery.

Who is Brad Boynton?

Brad Boynton has been identified as the White Amazon manager who was caught in a viral video screaming the N-word at a Black Amazon employee while delivering his parcel. The short video shows the exact moment when Nikolas Mayrant was subjected to racial abuse by Brad, and which triggered outrage on social media.

After the incident, Mayrant was fired from his job.

The incident has sparked fury amongst social media users as many are not only lending their support to Mayrant.

Brad Boynton’s age has not been revealed to the public yet.

Boynton, coincidentally, is also an Amazon employee based in Cornelius, North Carolina. According to his now-deactivated LinkedIn profile, he works as the program manager at Amazon’s Transportation Services.

She declared Boynton was also on Facebook, but he has since removed all of his social media accounts.

According to a GoFundMe campaign, which has now been taken down, Mayrant reportedly said:

“After waiting behind my van for no longer than 20 seconds, the individual slammed the door in my face…”

Boynton chastises Mayrant for walking on the lawn, before appearing to call him the n-word several times. A statement from Amazon said Boynton was saying, ‘Nader, Nader,’ while speaking on the phone.

The delivery driver said he was suspended after Boynton complained about his conduct.

Despite having been subjected to racial abuse, Amazon’s statement said that Mayrant was never fired from his job and is still an active driver with the delivery service provider, while Boynton’s employment was removed.

Heather Rose, Mayrant’s brother and model, took to Instagram to share the harrowing footage which sparked a wave of support for Mayrant and anger at Boynton who has been labeled a racist.

In the video, which was recorded via a Ring Doorbell, Boynton, also an Amazon employee, can be seen yelling at Mayrant while speaking on the phone with another Amazon colleague to complain about the delivery.

Rose said her brother Nikolas was delivering the package when Boynton started taking pictures of him. It was Mayrant’s sister, Heather Rose, who posted the video and called the incident “heartbreaking.”

As per the latest reports, Mayrant said Boynton falsely accused him of breaking several Amazon policies.

What We Know So Far

Many people started sharing their anger and disappointment online, with civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump also weighing in on the situation. He tweeted, “This is unacceptable! A Black Amazon driver was FIRED from his job after a neighborhood resident called him racial slurs & harassed him while taking photos of him.”

“Why was this young man terminated when he was the victim of this shameful harassment?”

 In a response to a request for comment from DailyMail.com, Amazon stated: ‘

We were deeply concerned by what we observed in the video and opened an investigation into the incident.
